Business tools have changed dramatically from the fax machine and so fourth to what we have now. The internet was a blip when those business tools were at the height of everyday business use. But that was then.

Today, we all know things are dramatically very different! Modern online tools we are reminded of constantly to keep up with, we seldom can or even know how to.

If you operate in small business today and own a website, then this has to change and quickly. Learning how to use online tools will save your business and you sinking as average is no longer cutting it.

If you didn’t grow up with the internet (35+ like me), I’m likely talking to you and if that reads a bit over dramatic, then good.

Remember, there are challenging and exciting times to prosper ahead in 2012. Now is the time to be on the ball!

No “maybe’s”, no “oh that will do”, no “I’ll get to it later”…..start getting organised and do what needs to be done as soon as you can of reading this article. Don’t be scared, be motivated. You want to make certain you can grab all the low hanging fruit opportunities coming your way.

We sometimes can leave our business websites sitting idle. Not on purpose, it just eventuates that way for whatever reasons. However we need to draw attention to your website basics and make sure these “at the very least” are in place and good to go!

It is important and will make all the difference. Tiny tweaks go a long way to generate more leads and sales.
